In a criminal case involving commodity fraud, commodity sales market manipulation and telecommunications network fraud, a lawyer for a login password client is allowed to be detained here in a criminal case involving commodity fraud, commodity sales market manipulation and telecommunications network fraud.
According to the description of social network clients present on February 2nd, the elite legal team of Green Mang sales customer Avraham Eisenberg chose to waive its parole right at a hearing in the United States District Court for the Southern District of the United Kingdom. It is reported that Richard Berman, the chief judge of the federal government who will organize the criminal case, has scheduled the hearing for February 14, which means that Eisenberg is likely to be detained until at least Qixi Festival.
It is reported that Eisenberg was behind a major attack on the Green Mang sales Market (Mango Markets) in October, withdrawing about $50 million worth of coins, $27 million worth of pickled Sol, $24 million worth of Solana and $15 million worth of Mngo-- about $116 million. The website reported that about $67 million worth of assets had been returned after the use of vulnerabilities.
The login password client has made it clear that he believes his personal behavior is reasonable and is part of a "profitable quantitative trading strategy". The US government is unwilling to this view, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and other agencies published parallel charges related to fraud and market manipulation in December and January this year.
On the basis of a criminal complaint, the Government arrested Eisenberg in Puerto Rico in December. According to a civil complaint filed on Jan. 9, he "participated in a program to fraudulently obtain digital currencies worth about $110 million from the Qingmang sales market of the cryptocurrency exchange and customers. And through human factors to manipulate the prices of some permanent stock index futures contracts to achieve this goal."
Eisenberg appeared in the English people's Court for the first time since his transfer from Puerto Rico to Oklahoma.
