Despite having its first build approved in October, Uniswap Labs is facing issues with Apple’s App Store regarding its mobile wallet.
Uniswap Labs has announced plans to release a new self-service managed mobile wallet that will provide consumers with the level of switching on the web at layer 1 or layer 2 without the need to switch block chain technology.
According to Uniswap Labs, the wallet will be able to query price charts and retrieve all dynamic passwords on a variety of networks, including ethernet, Polygon, Arirum and cheerful. In order to ensure greater security, Uniswap Labs collaborated with Trail of Bits to conduct a financial audit of the wallet. In addition, imported and created wallet seed statements and public keys are encrypted and saved on the device with Apple's Secure Enclave, which is not included in the system backup data. Uniswap also shared that users will be able to manually save their seed sentences in a paper version, or encrypt their data and save it on iCloud.
Although Uniswap Labs approved its first version in October, it faces Apple App Mall problems at the mobile wallet level. Although other self-service escrow wallets have been approved, the final version of Uniswap Mobile Wallet was rejected by Apple a few days before it was scheduled to be released in December 2022.
Uniswap Labs shared that it answered Apple's anxieties, responded to its questions, and strictly followed its basic guidelines. However, Apple has still not approved the release of the product, and Uniswap Labs is still in a state of difficulty. As a result, it will provide early access restrictions for thousands of testing customers while waiting for Apple to approve the release.
Uniswap stressed in the statement:
"it's not easy for Apple to sit idly by their announcement, and people don't know why. Everyone is trapped in a situation that is difficult to solve.
On February 6th, Cointelegraph reported that the network of Uniswap community members voted to deploy Uniswap v3 on the second layer agreement of Boba Network, which means that Boba Network will become the sixth chain to deploy Uniswap v3. This initiative has been applied in many physical applications, such as GFX Labs, BlockChain, Gauntlet and Conensys in Michigan.
