No substitute for dynamic password (NFT) entrepreneur Yuga Lab's Wylie Alono, the elite team behind the boring Ape Golf driving range (BAYC) and CryptoPunks, will take time off to ensure that their health is given priority after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
In a tweet posted to his 144900 followers on Jan. 28, Arono showed that he had made a difficult decision to withdraw after thousands of illnesses in the past few months.
The NFT entrepreneur explained that although his "mild" illness still allowed her to lead a "basically normal life", his condition worsened so rapidly that he had no choice but to take his job.
The founder of Yuga Labs did not set a time for him to recover and return to work.
However, Aranow confirmed that he would once again serve as a member of the supervisory board and strategic adviser.
This is not the first medical diagnosis that has put Alano out of work.
Alano revealed that she suffered from a chronic illness in her 20s, which hindered her career development. When she finally recovered and co-founded Yuga Lab, there was no turning back:
After I recovered, everyone officially started yoga fitness, I do not want to consume a good chance of a second life. I pushed me to such an extent. I work 12 hours a day, almost every day. I should ask everyone around me to make a proposal and find a balance.
He added: "my goal now is to get the best treatment and recovery I can get."
Arono also stressed that he was happy to be able to get along with Activision Blizzard's new CEO Toni Allegri, the former president and chief strategy officer of Activision Blizzard.
Although Arono did not provide all the small details of what he would do as a strategic adviser, Arrono recently announced on November 8, 2022 that he would explicitly propose a new method of remuneration for NFT founders.
